My name is Allen and I am 31 Years old. I have been reading Saving Advice for 2 years and don't post as much as some of the members here, but the advice I have received have been very helpful to me. I thought if I posted my daily savings here, I might be able to save more than before.

NSD

Today was a NSD for me. I had some bread with butter along with a cup of coffee for breakfast. For lunch, I had a turkey sandwich along with some water. For dinner, our company is having an event so I won't have to pay for it as well.

Welcome! I find that blogging increases awareness of spending. . . which decreases actual spending. I think you're likely to increase your saving by posting.

I just love those NSD's. They are definitely a challenge but easier now because of the gas prices being as high as they are is incentive enough. I also have NO SPEND GAS days as well.
