It has been two great days. So far, I have not spent any money for the last two days. Today, our company's Federal Express Sales Representative took me out to lunch to review our company's shipping for the year. I was able to help our company save some money by increasing our discount and also get a free lunch. It was a good day.

It has been a good month. Thanks to the stock market and my continued efforts to save, my net worth was up a total of 3.64% this month.

I also purchased 200 shares of General Electric. Let's hope the stock is at the bottom of its position. I think the 4% dividend yield is quite attractive and the company is still very profitable.

What do you guys think of the GE stock?

It is another hot day here in California. In a surprise, I had a No Spend Saturday. I haven't had a NSD on a Saturday this year so this was a surprise. I had some pork chops that was in the fridge and also had some bread with water. Let's see how long this continues!

Wow! I was driving to work today and passing the gas station I pass everyday. To my surprise, the 91 Grade gas was at $4.59 a gallon. I wonder where it will go up to now that gas has hit $126 a barrel.

Today was a NSD for me. I had some bread with butter along with a cup of coffee for breakfast. For lunch, I had a turkey sandwich along with some water. For dinner, our company is having an event so I won't have to pay for it as well.
